1. What shipping options do you offer & how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide with two delivery options: Standard (6–10 business days) for $7.99 USD (free over $79 USD) and Express (4–9 business days) for $13.99 USD. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please note, delivery times can vary depending on local carriers and customs.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Weell is global and ships to most countries worldwide. If you have questions about your location, just reach out at hello@weell.online.

4. Are there any customs fees or taxes?

Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by Weell.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery for full-priced and eligible sale items (excluding Final Sale). To qualify, items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached, and not intimate accessories. Simply email us with photos and your order details at hello@weell.online

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. No direct exchanges at this time — return for credit and shop again!

7. What if my item arrives faulty?

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days with photos and order info. After approval, we provide a free return label and refund your original payment once the item is received.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

11. Can I unsubscribe from marketing messages?

Absolutely. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to texts or clicking unsubscribe links in emails.

12. What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If your shipment is refused or unclaimed, the carrier may attempt redelivery. After multiple attempts, the package may be returned or discarded. Return shipping fees may be deducted from any store credit issued.
